NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE INSTITUTE OF DIRECTORS OF ZAMBIA THAT THE 22ND ELECTIVE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE INSTITUTE WILL BE HELD AT TEH DAVID LIVINGSOTNE ISLANDS SPA AND HOTEL, RIVERSIDE DRIVE, OFF SICHANGO ROAD, LIVINGSTONE, ON FRIDAY 3RD JUNE, 2022 AT 14:00 HOURS. A VIRTUAL PLATFORM WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED FOR THOS WISHING TO ATTEND THE AGM VIRTUALLY.

Further NOTE that the Articles of Association of the Institute provides as follows;

28.1 The business to be considered at an Annual General Meeting shall be:

   28.1.1 to receive the annual accounts, Directors report and Auditors report;

   28.1.2 to approve the appointment and remuneration of the Auditor;

   28.1.3 to consider any notice of motion of which notice has been given in

          accordance with Article 28.2;   

   28.1.4 to consider any special or general business.

28.2 NOTICES of motion for an Annual General Meeting shall be in writing and lodged at the office not later than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the date fixed for that meeting and a copy of such notices of motion shall be sent to each Member not later than fourteen (14) days prior to the date fixed for that meeting.

Members are requested to lodge in any notices for consideration before 10:00 hours on Wednesday,18TH MAY, 2022. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT A LIST OF PAID UP MEMBERS SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE SELECTED PUBLIC MEDIA ON/OR BY TUESDAY, 10TH MAY, 2022. KINDLY ENSURE FULL PAYMENTS OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION BY FRIDAY, 6th May, 2022.

New Applicants - Full Members          – K1,500.00

Existing Full Members                          – K1,250.00

Associate Membership - K 250 Admission + K 750.00= K1,000.00

ONLY PAID-UP MEMBERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
