The Institute of Directors of Zambia (IoDZ) proudly participated in the Capacity Building Programme for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) held on 26th November 2025 at Nakatindi Hall, Civic Centre in Lusaka.
Over 35 participants from various sectors attended the session, where the IoDZ Executive Director, Ms. Nchimunya Michelo Silenga delivered a practical presentation on Improved Understanding of Corporate Governance and Enhanced Board Effectiveness.
The session equipped SME leaders with actionable insights to strengthen governance structures, improve oversight and support sustainable business growth.
The engagement reaffirms IoDZ’s ongoing commitment to promoting ethical leadership and good corporate governance nationwide.
