Chintu is: (i) Managing Partner of CYMA Chartered Accountants & Management Consultants (ii) Associate of Charles and Charles Associates (iii) Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants- 1987 (iv) Holds an LLM in Tax from the University of Lusaka, (v) Holds a Mediation Skills certificate from the Edward Academy in the USA (vi) An Advocate of the High Court for Zambia (AHCZ) and Supreme Court, and (vii) Was conferred with a Doctor of Business Administration – Accounting & Finance honoris causa. Chintu possesses vast experience in board oversight, corporate governance, corporate insolvency, Law, merchant and commercial banking, capital markets, taxation, strategic planning, auditing, financial and management accounting, forensic investigations, management consultancy, project management and leadership. He is a Trainer of trainers in corporate governance. He has served on various Boards which include the following: (i) Chairperson of Superior Milling Limited from October 2023 to Date. (ii) Assessor at Zambia Institute of Legal Education (ZIALE) to date (iii) Council Member of the Law Association of Zambia - 2019 (iv) Chairman Securities Exchange Commission 2013-2016, (v) Vice Chairman – ZANACO Plc 2007 to 2013, (vi) Chairman, Zambia Centre for Dispute Resolution Ltd, -2008 (vii) Chairman –Audit Committee at the Law Association of Zambia -2014 (viii) Committee member of IODZ – 2009-2012 (ix) President of Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) 2005 -2010.
